Hassle-Free Returns at Read’s Uniforms
At Read’s Uniforms, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, our flexible returns policy is designed to assist you.
Standard Return Policy – Within 30 Days
If you wish to return your item, you may do so within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or an exchange. Please ensure that all items are in their original condition, unused, and with all tags attached.
How to Return an Item
Check Eligibility: Verify that your item is eligible for return. Items must be in their original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.
Contact Customer Service: Initiate your return by contacting our customer service team via email at [email protected] or by phone at 828-412-8999. They will provide you with the necessary instructions.
Select a Return Shipping Method:
- Prepaid Return Shipping Label: We can provide a prepaid return shipping label for a $8.95 fee, which will be deducted from your refund.
- Use Your Own Carrier: You may use your preferred carrier. Please note that you must still contact customer service to start your return, and make sure it is shipped within the 30-day return window.
- In-Store Returns: You can return your item at any of our 19 store locations. Bring your order number and the original packing list.
Pack Your Return: Securely package your items with the original packing materials and include a copy of the packing list to expedite the return process.
Send It Back: Drop off the package at any authorized shipping location or at one of our stores.
Receive Your Refund or Exchange: Once we receive and verify your return, we will process your refund or exchange. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Returns After 30 Days
For returns made after 30 days but within 90 days of purchase, we offer store credit. Please note that the acceptance of such returns is at our discretion, and items must still meet our return condition requirements.
Returns Over 90 Days
Returns initiated more than 90 days after purchase are generally not accepted. However, exceptions may be made at our discretion.

- Customized or personalized items
- Items marked as final sale
- Worn, altered, or washed items
